If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, weβll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and weβll arrange a replacement or refund.

- We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing errors, or gemstone variations.
- Because every piece is handmade to order, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
π Natural Gemstone Disclaimer
Gemstones are gifts from nature β no two are exactly alike.
Slight variations in color, texture, and pattern (especially in moonstone, mauve rose quartz, and aventurine) are normal and part of their beauty. We do not offer returns for these natural differences.
